Each week, you will receive a meal plan designed just for you. The meal plan is catered to meet your needs while satisfying your appetite. You will receive a grocery list as well as recipes for each meal for the week to help keep you on track for your goals.
Accountability
You will receive direct accountability and guidance from your personal trainer through our app and through our weekly phone calls. Not only will you receive accountability from your personal trainer, you will be invited to join a private Facebook group where you can join the discussion and encourage others who are on the same journey as you!
Detailed Training
Each week, you will receive a new workout plan designed for your fitness level and fitness goals. These will be provided via our app where you can contact our experienced coaches help support you through the process.
